We are based over in Sector 63, at D-32. This part of the sector is mostly offices and industrial blocks. It’s a lot of grey buildings and paved roads. Our place is pretty straightforward. We have a main area where most of the staff sit and a smaller section for storage and equipment. We aren't trying to be one of those tech startups with bean bags and free snacks. We just have standard desks and normal chairs. It’s a place for work, really. Most of us get here by bus or metro and then walk the last bit. The building is okay, nothing special, but it keeps the rain out and the lights stay on. We mostly do computer work and coordination from here. There’s usually a pot of tea going in the small kitchen area. Sometimes the air conditioning makes a weird rattling noise, but we just ignore it. We have some whiteboard walls where we scribble notes and numbers. It gets a bit messy during the end of the month when we are trying to close everything out. We don’t have a big logo on the wall or anything. Just the address and the name on the door. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we handle. We’ve been in this sector for a few years now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s quiet on the weekends.
