We are based out of the UPSIDC Industrial Area in the Sire-B section. Our unit is B-2/20. It’s a typical industrial zone, so there are a lot of factories and warehouses around us. We’ve been here for a good amount of time now. The roads inside the industrial area can be a bit rough, but that’s expected with all the heavy trucks passing through. Our building is a simple concrete structure. We do convex work, which involves some specific machinery that takes up most of our floor space. It’s not the quietest place to spend your day, but we like the rhythm of the machines. There isn't much in the way of a lobby or a fancy entrance. You just walk in and you're right there where the work happens. We have a small corner for the paperwork and a place to sit for tea during the breaks. Most of our guys live nearby and have been with us since we started. We don't put much stock in fancy titles or big offices. We just want to make sure the products are coming out right. Sometimes we stay late when a big order needs to get finished. The air can get a bit heavy with the smell of the materials, so we keep the big doors open when we can. It’s just a regular workplace where people put in their hours and try to do a decent job for the customers.
