Our small office is over at S-47 in Sector-12. Noida has grown so fast, but this little corner stays pretty much the same for us. Orange Fashion Dsign Pvt Ltd is what we call ourselves, even if people sometimes ask about the spelling. Handling all sorts of garments and patterns is what we do here. It’s mostly just us sitting around tables, sketching things out or checking how a fabric feels. When summer comes, it gets a bit dusty, and the tea stall nearby is where we spend our breaks. Big global brands aren't what we're trying to be; we just want to do good work for the people who hire us. Every day there is something new to sort out, like a delivery that’s late or a machine that’s acting up. That is just how it goes when you run a business. Moving to this spot was a choice made because it was convenient for the staff. Fabric swatches and half-finished ideas cover the walls. It feels like home to us. Fancy furniture or decor isn't where our money goes. Most of it is spent on getting the materials right. People in the area know us as the fashion lot. Keeping our heads down and working is the priority. Despite what people think about fashion, the work isn't always glamorous. A lot of time is spent cleaning up scraps and counting buttons at the end of the shift.
