Our office is on the ground floor of N-39 in Sector 12, Noida. Being on the ground floor is handy because we don’t have to deal with stairs or elevators. You can just walk right in from the street. Onest Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is basically a few rooms filled with computers and people working. Sector 12 is a bit older, so the buildings have that lived-in look. We have some plants near the entrance that we sometimes forget to water. Inside, it’s a bit cramped because we have a lot of stuff, but we make it work. The light from the street comes in through the front windows. It can get a bit dusty because the road is right there, but we are used to it. We don’t have a big corporate culture or anything like that. We just chat while we work and try to keep things moving along. Usually, there is some music playing softly in the background. It’s a simple setup for a small team. We have a small area in the back where we keep the kettle and some biscuits. It’s not the kind of place you see in magazines, but it’s where we spend our days. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. It feels like a real part of the community here in Noida. Just a regular business doing its thing every day.
