Our office for Omnex India Pvt Ltd is over in Sector 71 at Jagriti Apartment, specifically in Pocket A3. It’s a bit of a different setup since we are based in an apartment building, but it works for the kind of work we do. Noida is always changing, with new buildings going up everywhere, but our little corner stays pretty much the same. We focus on quality management systems and helping businesses run their operations better. Most of the time, the office is just filled with the sound of typing and the occasional phone call. We don't have a big corporate culture with retreats or fancy speeches. We just show up in the morning, have some tea, and start looking at the files. It’s a quiet environment which helps when you have to concentrate on technical details. Sometimes the neighbors in the apartment block ask us what we’re up to, and we just tell them we’re working on some quality stuff. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a glass-fronted office in a high-rise. We prefer it this way. It’s more relaxed and feels more like a real workplace. We’ve been here for several years and know the security guards and the local delivery guys by name. It’s a small, honest operation and we try to keep things as simple as possible for the clients who come to see us.
