Niit Tech

If you come to Sector 34 in Noida, you’ll find us in the Himgiri Apartments at B 14 149. It’s a residential complex, which makes for a pretty calm workplace for Niit Tech. We don't have a giant glass building with our name in lights. Instead, we have a regular apartment that we’ve turned into our workspace. It feels a bit more personal this way. You see people coming home from the market or kids going to school while we are logging onto our systems. The apartment has enough room for our servers and desks. We try to keep things neat, but there are always a few stacks of papers and tangled cables around. That’s just the nature of what we do. Noida can be very busy, but inside the apartment complex, it stays fairly quiet. We have a small balcony where we can step out for some fresh air when we’ve been staring at screens for too long. There aren't any big bosses in fancy offices here. We all sit in the same area and talk to each other directly when something needs fixing. We aren't trying to sound like a global conglomerate. We are just a local team handling tech tasks from a residential apartment. It’s a honest way to work, and it keeps us focused on the actual tasks instead of corporate optics. We just get on with it.
