You can find Newgen Software Technologies Limited over in Sector 19, Noida. We are on the ground floor of A 686. It’s pretty easy to find because we are right near Little Scholar School. You can hear the kids playing during recess sometimes, which is a nice break from the sound of keyboards clicking. The office is straightforward. We’ve got some desks, a few old chairs that probably need replacing, and plenty of power strips. We handle software stuff, which means a lot of sitting and a lot of thinking. It’s not the kind of job where you see a finished product you can hold, but we know when we’ve done a good job. The neighborhood is mostly quiet. We’ve got a small area for making tea and coffee. It’s nothing special, but it gets us through the afternoon slump. We aren't big on meetings that last forever. We’d rather just get the work done and go home to our families. Some of the guys have been working here for years. We know the local shops and where to get the best snacks nearby. It’s a practical location for us. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist in a suit. If you knock, someone will just look up from their screen and help you out. It’s a very normal, local kind of business. We just do our best to stay on top of the projects.
