Netlign Solutions is over at C-10 in Sector 20, Noida. It’s an older part of the city compared to the new glass buildings they are putting up further out. We like it here though. It’s got a bit more character. Our office is a straightforward place. We don’t have a lobby with a receptionist or anything like that. You just walk in and we are there working. We’ve been at this for a while. It’s mostly just us and our computers. We don’t spend much on advertising or making things look shiny. We think the work should just be done without a lot of fuss. Sector 20 is pretty central, so it’s easy for us to get around. We have our routines. Coffee in the morning, a bit of lunch from the local market, and then back to the screens. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours. We are a private limited company by name, but we feel more like a small family shop. We know each other’s habits and how we like our desks. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble. Other times we leave early if the weather is nice. It’s just how we run things. No big corporate handbook to follow here. Just C-10, Sector 20, where we do what we do. It is a bit messy sometimes, but we know where every file is hidden. That is just how it goes.
