Netfunda Technology

Netfunda Technology is located over in Sector 65, Noida. Deepesh Kumar Pathak runs the place from the first floor of A1 73. This is up in Uttar Pradesh, in a part of Noida that’s full of all sorts of small companies and workshops. The building itself is pretty basic. You have to walk up the stairs to get to us on the first floor. It’s not the kind of place with an elevator or a fancy lobby. We’ve got a couple of rooms filled with computers and some basic furniture. It can get a bit hot in the summers, but we have some fans and a small AC unit that tries its best. There’s usually a lot of noise from the street outside with trucks and people moving about. We’ve got a small corner for making tea and coffee, which is where we spend most of our breaks. We don’t have a lot of rules or a strict dress code. We just show up and get to work. It’s a very down-to-earth environment. There aren't any big motivational posters or corporate branding on the walls. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. Sometimes things are a bit chaotic, but we always manage to get through the workload. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours, and it works for what we need to do every day in Noida.
