Net Cradle India Pvt.Ltd is over in Sector-27 of Noida. The office is at F-80, which is easy to find if you know the area, but the streets can get a bit confusing for new visitors. It is near the Sweta C. Jha spot. We spend most of our time here just working on our computers and taking calls. The building is pretty standard for Noida, nothing too flashy. There is a lot of traffic in the mornings, so most of us try to get in early to beat the rush. Inside, it is a simple setup with tables and chairs and cables everywhere. We have a small corner for eating lunch, though many of us just go out to the local stalls. The weather gets really hot in the summer, but the air conditioning keeps things moving. We have been in this part of Noida for a while and we have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s a busy place with a lot of energy. We just keep our heads down and handle our daily business. We aren't a huge team, so everyone knows everyone else. It's a very practical environment where the focus is just on the work we have to finish by the end of the day. If you drop by, you'll probably see us buried in paperwork or staring at screens. It is just how our office life goes here.
