Our office is located at B 33 in Sector 22, Noida. If you know this part of UP, you know it is mostly industrial buildings and people rushing around to get things done. We fit right in with that vibe. Our building is a sturdy one, and inside, we have a setup that is strictly about business. We don’t go for much decoration or fancy furniture. The focus is always on the screens and the project files we are working on. There is usually a lot of noise from the street outside, with trucks and cars constantly moving by, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We handle a lot of technical stuff that requires us to stay concentrated for long stretches. It isn't the kind of job where you can just wander around and chat all day. Most of us bring our lunch from home and eat together in the small break area we have. We talk about the weather or the traffic more than we talk about work. It’s a very grounded atmosphere without any corporate nonsense or big speeches from management. We are just a bunch of regular people trying to do a good job so we can keep things moving forward. Every day is pretty much the same, but that’s how we like it because it means things are running smoothly and the work is getting done.
