We do engineering work, mostly focused on the technical side of things. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit every day. We usually have tools or parts lying around on the desks. We’ve been at this address for a good while. The commute can be a bit long depending on where you're coming from in Noida, but the area is pretty well-connected. We spend our time fixing problems and making sure things are built right. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. If something is broken, we fix it. If something needs to be designed, we sit down and draw it out. It’s practical, everyday engineering. The office gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we don't mind much. We have a small kitchen where we make tea and eat our lunch together. It’s a relaxed environment, but we take the work seriously.
