We have our office at Flat 50 in the Akansha Apartments. This is in Sector 62 of Noida, which is a major hub for businesses around here. Being in an apartment complex means we have to follow the society rules, so it’s a fairly quiet and orderly environment. Our flat is in blocks B 9 to 12. It’s a standard residential unit that we have converted into our working space. We have desks in the main living area and use the bedrooms for meetings or quiet work. It’s a bit of a tight fit sometimes, especially when we have a lot of paperwork to go through. The view from the balcony looks out over other buildings in the sector. Sector 62 is always busy, but once you are inside the apartment gates, it feels a lot more relaxed. We have a small pantry where we keep our lunch and a kettle for tea. The security at the gate is quite strict, so we always have to make sure guests are signed in. It’s a very practical setup for us. We don’t need a big, fancy glass office to get our work done. Most of our day is spent on calls or at our laptops, so this apartment works just fine for our needs. It feels a bit more like a community here than a cold office building.
