Neelgagan Associates Pvt Ltd is located in C-14 at Krishna Apra Plaza. We are right in Prashant Vihar, very close to the Axis Bank. It’s a decent spot because people can find us easily. Our office isn't very large. It’s mostly just a place where we keep our computer and some chairs for visitors. We handle a variety of property-related work. It’s not a glamorous job. Most of our time goes into checking land records or talking to lawyers about property titles. Prashant Vihar is a settled neighborhood, but there’s always someone looking to sell or buy. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a polished website. Most of our business comes from word of mouth or people seeing our sign when they go to the bank. The plaza can get very hot in the summer because the air conditioning doesn't always work perfectly. We just keep the door open and use a fan. We don't have a set "mission." We just come in every morning and deal with whatever tasks are on the desk. Sometimes we have to go to the government offices, which can take all day. We just try to keep things moving along. It’s a simple operation run by people who know the local area well and don't feel the need for corporate fluff.
