Mott Macdonald

Our office is located at I3 Sector 12 in No Ida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. Mott Macdonald has a decent-sized setup here. No Ida is a bit more planned out than some of the other places we work, so the roads are wider, but the traffic is still a major headache during the peak hours. The building we are in is quite plain on the outside. Inside, it is just a standard office with rows of desks and some whiteboards that are always covered in scribbles, math, and diagrams. We do a lot of work for the energy and water sectors from this particular branch. The air conditioning is our best friend during the long summer months when the sun is beating down on the concrete outside. We have a small canteen where we get our tea, and it is usually where we discuss the latest news or the cricket match. It is a very professional but laid-back atmosphere most of the time. We do not wear suits unless we absolutely have to meet someone important. Most days, it is just regular trousers and shirts. We have got a lot of cables running across the floor, and we try our best not to trip on them while walking around. It is an honest workplace. We are not trying to impress anyone with the furniture or the decor. We just want to make sure the engineering drawings are accurate and the reports are finished before the weekend starts. It is a good group of people.
