Our office is over in Noida at A 20 Sector 2. We share the space as part of the Mott Macdonald Pvt Ltd operations here in Uttar Pradesh. The pin code is 201301. Sector 2 is a busy industrial and commercial hub, so there is always a lot going on outside. There are plenty of other offices around us, and the metro is close enough to be convenient. Inside, it is a pretty standard setup. We have rows of desks and plenty of whiteboards for sketching out ideas. We focus on the engineering and consultancy side of things. It can get a bit loud with all the construction and traffic nearby, but we are used to it by now. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. Our walls are covered with project timelines and technical diagrams instead of art. We usually bring our own lunch or grab something from the local carts. It is a hardworking environment where people are more concerned with deadlines than with how they look. We have a mix of younger engineers and some older hands who have been with the company for decades. It makes for a good balance. We just show up, do the work, and try to stay on top of our various projects. It is a solid, functional place to spend the day. There is no fluff here, just a lot of math and planning.
