Our office for Motherson Sumi Infotech And Designs is located at E 244 in Sector L5. Noida is a big place, but this particular sector has been our home for a while now. The building is a standard one for this area, and it fits what we need perfectly. We don’t have a massive lobby or any of those high-tech gadgets you see in movies. It is just a place with enough desks and computers for everyone to do their work. We spend a lot of time on design and infotech stuff, so it’s mostly just people staring at screens and typing. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don’t have a dress code, and people usually just wear whatever is comfortable. In the summers, the air conditioning is the most important thing in the whole building. We have a small area where we eat lunch and talk about things that aren’t work-related. It is a mixed group of people, and we all get along well enough. We don’t use any of that fancy corporate talk or have meetings about our feelings. We just look at what needs to be done and we do it. Sometimes the internet goes down or a printer jams, and we just deal with it like anyone else would. Being in Noida 201301 means we are close to a lot of other businesses, but we mostly just keep to ourselves and focus on our own tasks.
