Our office is located in the Hosiery Complex, specifically over at Plot C-181 in the Phase II Extension. It is an industrial area, so there are a lot of garment factories and warehouses around us. We are more on the technical side of things, dealing with systems and hardware. Most of our day is spent looking at screens or fixing equipment that people bring in. It is not the most exciting place to look at from the outside, just a standard building in a row of others. Inside, we have rows of desks and a lot of cables running everywhere. We try to keep it organized, but when we have a big project going on, it gets a bit chaotic. We have been in this spot for a while now. The air conditioning is always running because the machines get warm. We have a small pantry where we make tea about five times a day. That is usually where we end up talking about how to fix whatever technical problem we are stuck on. We are not a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team of people who actually enjoy figuring out how stuff works. Sometimes the street gets flooded when it rains heavily, and we have to jump over puddles to get to the door. It is just part of working in this part of town. We do not have a big marketing budget, we just do our work.
