Monash Apparels is based at C 102 in Sector 63. This is an industrial area, so it’s all business around here. We’ve got a fairly large space where we handle the production side of things. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls and modern art. It’s a functional building where we get work done. You’ll hear the sound of machines and people moving boxes all day. We’ve been in Sector 63 for quite a while now. We’ve seen other companies come and go, but we’ve managed to stay put at C 102. We do mostly bulk orders and specialized apparel for different clients. It’s a lot of logistical work, making sure the fabric comes in on time and the finished goods go out without any issues. Sometimes things go wrong, like a machine breaking down or a delay in shipping, but we just deal with it as it happens. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. We have a small area for meetings, but mostly it's just about the production floor. Our staff knows the routine well and everyone just gets on with their tasks. We aren't trying to be the biggest name in the industry. We just want to make sure our clients get what they asked for on time. It’s a busy environment, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. It keeps us moving.
