Modiconnect Pvt Ltd is based out of a flat in Kanchanjanga Apartments, specifically 92-C in Sector 53, Noida. It’s a residential setting, which makes it feel a lot more personal than a glass building. We work on connectivity and various tech projects from here. The living room is basically our main workspace now. We’ve got some desks pushed against the walls and plenty of power strips for all our gear. Being in an apartment complex means we have to keep the noise down, which suits us just fine. We mostly interact with clients online, so we don’t get many visitors. It’s a small operation. We handle the technical side of things without much fuss. Noida Sector 53 is a nice place to work because it’s not as chaotic as the main commercial hubs. We’ve got a small balcony where we take breaks. The kitchen is usually full of snacks and tea supplies. We started this because we wanted a place where we could just focus on the tasks at hand. There isn’t any fancy management structure here. We all just know what needs to be done and we get it done. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. It feels more like a small community than a regular company. We just do our own thing and keep the projects moving along.
