Minda Sai Limited

We are located at B-20 and 21 in the hosiery complex, specifically in the Phase-2 Extension. It is a bit of a maze back here if you aren't familiar with the layout of the complex. Most of the buildings look the same, just big rectangular blocks with heavy gates. We have been working out of this space for Minda Sai Limited for a while now. The interior is divided into a few different sections for the different types of work we do. It’s mostly production stuff, so there is a lot of movement throughout the day. We have people moving boxes and checking the machines constantly. The lighting isn't the best, but we have some big windows that help during the daytime. We don't really have a lobby or anything like that; you just walk through the main entrance and you're right in the middle of everything. There’s a small corner with some chairs where we take our breaks and talk about whatever is going on. The walls are painted a dull color and have some scuff marks from moving equipment around. It’s a very practical environment. We focus on getting the daily production numbers met and making sure nothing breaks down. The noise of the nearby units is always there in the background, along with the sound of the delivery trucks idling outside. It’s just a regular industrial setup where everyone knows their role and keeps busy until it's time to head home. We just stay focused on the tasks.
