Matrix Global Pvt is tucked away at D-89 Sector-2. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't looking for it. We’ve got a small sign out front. Most of the guys here have been working together for years, so we know each other's habits. Sector-2 is a decent area, though parking can be a bit tight during the day. Inside the office, it's mostly computers and some old chairs that probably need replacing soon. We do our work and don't make much noise about it. There isn’t any corporate manual telling us how to talk to people. We just talk like normal folks. If a client calls, we answer. If they have a question, we tell them what we know. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. Just staying busy is enough. Sometimes we order lunch together from the place down the street. The AC makes a weird humming sound in the afternoons, but we’ve gotten used to it. It’s a steady environment. We handle the paperwork, deal with the technical stuff, and keep moving. There’s always something to do, whether it’s filing or fixing a glitch. We don't have a big reception desk or anything. You just walk in and someone will be there at a desk. It’s a practical setup for a practical group of people. We’re just here from nine to six, trying to stay organized.
