I am based in Sector 23 of Noida, at house C-39. Noida is a place that has changed a lot since I first arrived, but this little corner of the sector stays pretty much the same. It is a residential area, so it is mostly quiet except for the usual street vendors who come by in the mornings. I have set up my work area in one of the rooms here. It is not a formal office, just a place with a couple of chairs and a big table where I can spread out my maps and papers. I do not like the feel of those big corporate buildings in Sector 62, so I prefer staying here. It is easier for people to just drop by and have a cup of tea while we talk about whatever needs doing. I do not have a fancy website or a marketing team. Word of mouth is usually how people find out about me. I just try to be helpful and get the job done without making a big fuss about it. The house is old but it is comfortable. My family is usually in the other room, so you might hear the television or someone cooking in the kitchen. It is a real home and a real workplace combined. I think that makes people feel more at ease than sitting in a cold, air-conditioned boardroom. It is just how I like to run things.
