M S Fashions

M S Fashions is situated at number 76 in Udyog Kendra, over in the Jagat Farm area. It’s a decent-sized space but we’ve managed to fill every corner with something or other. Jagat Farm is a well-known spot, so people don’t usually have trouble finding us. We’ve been operating out of Udyog Kendra for a good few years. The work we do isn't very complicated to explain—we handle fashion and garments. It’s a lot of cutting, stitching, and checking things over. We don't have a fancy showroom with mannequins in the window. Our space is more of a workshop where the actual making happens. You’ll see piles of fabric and rolls of thread everywhere you look. Sometimes the power goes out and we all have to sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. Those are the times we actually get to talk about things other than work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished stories. We just show up at number 76 every morning and get to it. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if the traffic is bad, but once you’re inside, it’s just a normal workday. M S Fashions is basically just a local workshop run by people who know their way around a sewing machine. We don't do much marketing; we just rely on the work to speak for itself. It’s a hot place in the summer, but we get by.
