We are located over at Plot No. 76 in Udyog Kendra Extension I. It is a bit of a trek to get out here if you are not used to the Udyog Kendra area, but it is where we have set up our shop. The building is just a standard warehouse style like many others nearby. We do all our garment work right here on the ground floor. It is mostly just the sound of sewing machines and people talking over the noise of the fans. We have stacks of boxes waiting to be shipped out sitting near the front door most of the time. The space is filled up with different types of fabrics, mostly cottons and some synthetics too. It gets a bit messy during the middle of the day when everyone is rushing to finish. We do not have a fancy sign, just the plot number on the wall mostly. There is a small office tucked in the corner where we keep all the paperwork, but most of the action happens on the main floor. The power goes out once in a while, so we have a backup to keep us going. It is a practical place for making clothes. We have a small crew and everyone knows exactly what their job is. We are not trying to be the biggest company around, just trying to do a good job. Most of our neighbors are also factories, so it is a very hardworking atmosphere. We usually close up around seven.
