Lts International

We are based at Plot No.B-13 in Phase-II of the Hosiery Complex. Lts International has been here for a good while now. Being in an industrial complex means there is always something going on around us. It’s not a retail shop where people just wander in off the street. We deal with larger orders and more industrial-style work. The building is a functional space, mostly warehouse and a bit of area for the paperwork. It can get pretty noisy with the machines and trucks in the complex, but you get used to that after the first week. We spend a lot of time checking quality and making sure shipments are ready to go out. Phase-II is a big area, so we often have to give people directions to find the B-13 plot. It’s a no-nonsense environment. We don’t have fancy carpets or a reception desk. Just desks, computers, and a lot of floor space for the goods. We work hard to keep everything organized, though it’s a constant battle with the sheer volume of stuff we handle. The staff here are mostly local people who know the hosiery business well. We just try to stay productive and meet the deadlines we have. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, and we enjoy the rhythm of the industrial park. Sometimes the lunch breaks are the only quiet time we get, and we all sit together in the small break area. It’s hard work, but we are proud of what we manage to ship out every week.
