You can find us at the Kanchanjanga Shopping Center in Sector 53, units K 1 and 2. It’s a local shopping complex that’s been around for years and has a lot of history. We’re a food spot, mostly known for rolls and kebabs and that kind of thing. The shop isn’t very big, so you’ll often see people standing outside on the pavement eating their snacks while they talk. We have a small grill going and you can hear the sizzle from the street most evenings. It gets especially busy when people are heading home or just out for a walk in the area. We’ve got a few tables inside, but it’s a tight squeeze during the rush. The menu is pretty straightforward for us. We don’t try to do too many different things, just a few items that we know how to make well. We’ve been here for a while and the neighborhood has grown up around us. We see kids who used to come here with their parents now coming in with their own friends. It’s a nice feeling to see that. The kitchen gets hot, especially in the summer months, but we keep the fans going. It’s a simple operation, really. Just a couple of us in the back cooking and someone at the front taking orders and wrapping up the rolls in paper. It’s a local place where you can get something tasty.
