Larsen&Tubro Ltd.

Our office is located at G-214 in Beta 2, which is part of Greater Noida. If you know the area, it’s a pretty standard neighborhood. We’ve been operating under the name Larsen&Tubro Ltd. from this specific spot for a while now. It’s not a massive corporate tower, just a regular building where we handle the day-to-day business. The street is usually busy with people going about their lives, and we’re just another part of that. We handle a lot of technical stuff and coordination from here. It gets a bit dusty in U.P-201306 during the dry months, so we spend a fair amount of time just keeping the place clean. The staff is mostly local, people who live a few blocks away or commute from nearby parts of Noida. We aren't here to impress anyone with a lobby or a receptionist. Usually, you just walk in and someone will be there at a desk working on a laptop. We find that being in Beta 2 is practical for the logistics of what we do. There’s no big mystery to how we run things. We just take the orders, check the numbers, and make sure things are on track. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails. We keep it simple and honest. If something goes wrong, we just fix it. That’s how we’ve always done things here, and it seems to work out for everyone involved in the end. It is a very practical way to work.
