We are based over in Phase-II of Noida, inside the Lero Somer & Controls building at C-66. It is a busy industrial area, and there is always something going on in the streets outside. Ajay Kumar Srivastava is the one you’ll usually find coordinating things at this location. We are part of the ECC Division, and our setup here is very much about being where the industrial action is. The office isn't anything to brag about; it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. We share the space, so it can get a bit noisy when both teams are on the phone at the same time. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief during those Noida summers. We spend a lot of time on calls and emails, trying to keep the supply lines and project schedules in order. It is a bit of a maze to find us if you haven't been here before, as all these industrial blocks look the same. We don't spend money on big signs or fancy decor. We’d rather just focus on the tasks we have for the day. It’s a gritty, hardworking environment where we just try to stay on top of the workload. There is always a stack of papers waiting to be signed and a new set of problems to solve before five o'clock.
