Over at C-616 in Sector-19, we have our Koutons Reatil India Pvt. Ltd. setup. This part of Noida feels a bit more established than the newer sectors. It is easy to find if you know the area. We deal with the retail side of the clothing business here. There is always something to do, whether it is counting stock or dealing with the logistics of getting clothes to different stores. The building itself is just a standard office block. Inside, it is a mix of desks and storage space. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. It is mostly just calendars and notes pinned up everywhere. The staff here is a good bunch. We have all been through the busy seasons when everything feels like a rush. It can get pretty loud when everyone is talking at once. We drink a lot of chai during the day to keep going. The parking outside is always a bit of a gamble, but we make it work. We aren't interested in making things look perfect for a brochure. We just want to make sure the clothes get sent out and the numbers match up at the end of the day. It is a practical way to run a business. We see a lot of people coming in and out, delivery drivers and local vendors. It is just a normal day at the office for us.
