Kiran Garments Company

We are based out of No. 21/3 in Sector-44. It’s more of a warehouse and shop combined into one space. We started this company to supply garments to the local community here. It’s a bit out of the way compared to the main shopping centers, but that keeps the noise down. We have a lot of racks filled with different types of clothing, mostly stuff for daily use like trousers and tops. The floor is mostly covered in plastic sheets to keep the dust off the new arrivals. I run the place with my wife, and we do everything from the ordering to the sweeping. It’s a lot of physical labor, moving heavy boxes and sorting through sizes. We don't have a big storefront with windows; it’s more of a functional space where people come specifically to buy what they need. Sometimes the inventory gets a bit mixed up, and it takes us a minute to find the right size for someone. We don't have a fancy logo or a big brand name. It’s just Kiran Garments, named after our daughter. Most of our visitors are people from the nearby blocks who heard about us through word of mouth. We try to keep the prices fair since we don't have the big overhead of a mall shop. It’s a quiet, steady business and we like the independence it gives us.
