We are based at 1298 in Sector 29. Kiran Consultants Pvt Ltd has been around for quite some time now. Our office isn't in a big glass tower; it’s a more traditional building. We do various types of consulting work. It’s mostly office-based, so you’ll see people at their desks with piles of paper and laptops. We don't have a fancy lobby with a receptionist. Usually, one of us just gets up to answer the door. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, even though we have a lot of work to get through. Sector 29 is a good location, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. We have meetings throughout the week, sometimes here and sometimes at other offices. We don't use much jargon when we talk. We just tell people what we think and how we can help. It’s a straightforward approach. Most of our staff have been with us for years, so we know how each other works. The office can get a bit loud when we’re all on the phone at the same time. We don't spend a lot of money on fancy furniture or decor. We prefer to just keep things functional. It’s a place where people come to work and solve problems. We’ve built a steady reputation just by being here and doing the work. It’s not a glamorous job but it keeps us busy and the bills paid.
