Kapchar Solutions

Kapchar Solutions is based in G1103 at Ajnara Homes, Sec-16B. It’s a bit different because we are in a residential complex, which gives the whole place a quieter vibe than a typical office block. Being in Sector-16B means we are surrounded by families and people going about their daily lives. The office is really just a converted apartment, so it has a kitchen and a balcony. We often take our laptops out to the balcony when the weather is nice to get some fresh air. It feels a lot more relaxed than being in a crowded commercial building. You can hear kids playing in the park downstairs or the security guards chatting at the gate. We keep our hours flexible because the setting allows for it. Inside G1103, it’s a mix of computers, comfortable chairs, and a lot of coffee mugs. We don't wear formal clothes here; most of us just show up in jeans and t-shirts. It’s a small group of us, so we all know what everyone else is working on. We don't have a big receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you just ring the bell like any other home. It works for us because we can focus without the typical office distractions. Sec-16B is a growing area, and being part of Ajnara Homes makes us feel like we’re part of a real neighborhood.
