Kaffiiaa

You can find us at Sector 18 J 14, which is tucked away a little bit from the main road. Kaffiiaa started because we wanted a place where we could actually enjoy a cup of coffee without all the noise of the big chains. The shop is small and sometimes it feels a bit cramped when more than five people are waiting, but that’s part of the charm, I guess. We have a few old wooden tables and some chairs that don't quite match. We spend a lot of our time messing with the grinder and trying to get the temperature right. It’s mostly just us behind the counter, making drinks and chatting with whoever walks in. We get a lot of regulars who work in the nearby offices and they usually want the same thing every day. On rainy days, the windows fog up and it feels very quiet inside. We don't have a massive menu with a hundred options, we just stick to what we know how to make. Cleaning the milk frother and sweeping up the coffee grounds takes up more of our day than people might think. It’s a simple life running a small cafe. We aren't looking to expand or become a big brand, we just want to keep the lights on and keep making coffee for the neighborhood. It’s a bit of a slow pace compared to the rest of Sector 18, and we like it that way. We're usually here until early evening.
