Chai Garam

Our little spot is Ff-19 in the Wave Silver Tower, right in the middle of Sector-18. It’s a busy area with a lot of offices and people rushing around, so we stay pretty active serving tea. Chai Garam isn’t a huge place, just enough room to get the brewing done and serve everyone who stops by. We see a lot of the same faces every day, mostly folks from the nearby offices looking for a break. The smell of ginger and cardamom is usually floating around our corner of the tower. It’s not a fancy cafe with leather sofas; it’s more of a place where you get your tea and maybe a quick snack and get on with your day. We try to keep things simple. The stoves are always on, and there’s always a fresh pot going. Sector-18 is a loud, energetic part of Noida, and we’re right in the thick of it. Sometimes the line gets a bit long in the afternoon, but we work as fast as we can without making mistakes. We don't use any corporate talk here. We just make tea the way we like it and hope others like it too. It’s a small team of us, and we mostly just focus on keeping the counter clean and the tea hot for whoever walks in.
