We are located over in Sector 63, right there in Noida near the Dainik Jagaran building. It’s on the first floor of D-224. The area is always crowded with people going to work in the different offices around here. We spend most of our time dealing with snacks and drinks. It’s not a huge operation, just a few of us making sure everything is stocked and ready. Some days are slower than others, but Noida is usually moving pretty fast. We get a lot of people from the nearby blocks coming in. The kitchen area stays pretty busy through the lunch hour. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just preparing food and beverages like any other place. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the traffic on the main road, which can be a real headache. We’ve been at this spot for a bit now and know the neighbors pretty well. There isn't a lot of fluff here. We just show up, get the supplies sorted, and start the day. The building is easy to find if you know where the newspaper office is. We keep the counters clean and the fridge full. It gets a bit noisy with the fans running and people talking, but that’s just how a food business goes in this part of town. We just stick to the basics and try to get things out on time for everyone. We usually leave once the evening rush dies down and we've finished the cleaning for the next morning.
