It’s a very personal sort of setup because it’s tied so closely to the family name and the local colony. Being in Noida, especially in Sector-56, means we are right in the middle of a lot of residential housing. The ESI Colony has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of that over time. The office is small but it has everything we need to keep things moving. We have a couple of old chairs that are actually quite comfortable once you sit in them. There’s a lot of paperwork because that’s just how things are done here. Amit is usually around, either on the phone or talking to someone who stopped by. It’s not a corporate office with a front desk or anything like that. You just walk in and someone is there to talk to you. We deal with things as they come up, and we don't try to make it more complicated than it needs to be. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the local stall, and we just sit and discuss the day’s plans. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we still get our work done before the day is out. It is just home-grown work here.
