Java Flocks

Our office for Java Flocks is located right up in Office No. 1001 in Sector 50. Being near Lotus Valley Public School makes it pretty easy for folks to find us since everyone knows that landmark. It’s a decent sized space where we spend most of our waking hours. We aren't into those polished corporate speeches you hear a lot these days. We’re just a group of people working together to make sure things run smoothly. The view from the tenth floor is alright, but mostly we are looking at our screens or chatting about what needs to happen next. Sector 50 is a good area to be based in. There's always some traffic near the school during the morning drop-off, but we've gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. We started Java Flocks with the idea of just doing good work without all the unnecessary fluff. Some days are quieter than others, but there's always something to keep us busy at the desk. We don’t have a massive team, just enough people to handle what comes our way. It feels more like a small community here than a big company. We often grab tea nearby and talk through what needs to be finished for the day. It’s a straightforward way of working. Being at Office No. 1001 means we are high up, but we stay grounded in how we treat people and do our jobs every day. It’s just how we operate.
