Our office is located at Krishna Apra Plaza in the Alpha I commercial belt. We are in Office No 201 on the second floor, which is right above the HDFC bank. It is a busy building with a lot of people coming in to do their banking or visit other offices. Being at Plot No C 3 makes it easy for folks to find us when they are in the area. We have been here for a while, and our office is a simple, practical space. We handle a lot of property work, from helping people find office space to looking at residential listings nearby. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking documents, but we enjoy the rhythm of it. We don’t go in for any big marketing talk or flashy displays. We just have our desks, our computers, and a few comfortable chairs for visitors. There is usually a bit of a breeze coming through the window if the weather is right. We know the Alpha I area inside and out because we’ve worked here so long. It’s a professional environment, but we try to keep our interactions friendly and down-to-earth. We just do our job and try to help our clients find what they need without any unnecessary complications. It’s a steady business and we like being part of the plaza. We often stay late on Wednesdays to catch up on various property filings.
