Sharma Associates

Sharma Associates is located on the Main Dadri Road in Sector 110. We deal with a lot of local paperwork and property-related matters for people in this part of town. It’s not a big corporate office, just a room with a few desks and a lot of files. I usually sit at the front desk near the door. My father started this work and I took over after he retired. We have people coming in all day asking about land records or help with filling out government forms. Sector 110 is developing quite fast, so there’s always something new happening with the plots around here. The Main Dadri Road is always busy with trucks and cars, so it can get pretty loud during the day. We have a tea stall right next door, so there’s usually a cup of tea on my desk. I don’t use a lot of technology, mostly just a printer and an old desktop computer that takes a while to start up. People around here prefer talking face to face rather than calling or emailing. It feels more personal that way. We don't have any big marketing plans, we just rely on the people we've helped before telling their friends. I stay here until about seven in the evening, depending on how much work is left on the desk. It’s a steady life and I like being part of the community.
