Barclays Shared Services

Our office is over at D-104 in Sector 40, Noida. It is a busy part of Uttar Pradesh, and there are always people moving around this area. Barclays Shared Services has been here for a bit, and we have a lot of people coming in and out every day. The building is a standard office setup, nothing too wild. Inside, it’s mostly rows of desks and people on headsets or typing away on their keyboards. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff that keeps things moving behind the scenes. Noida can be pretty chaotic with the traffic and the noise, but once you get inside the gates at Sector 40, it settles down a little bit. We have our cafeteria where everyone hangs out during lunch, and that is usually the loudest part of the day. The work is steady and repetitive sometimes, but it’s what we do. We aren’t trying to be something we aren't. It’s just a place where many of us spend our nine-to-five hours. Dealing with all the paperwork and digital files can be a lot, but we have a system that works. Some of us have been here since the office opened, while others are pretty new to the team. We just keep the wheels turning from our corner of Noida. It’s a decent place to work and we get through the daily grind together.
