We've been working out of Gulmohar Garden Apartments in Noida for a while now. It's up in Sector-44, unit B-703 specifically. Being here helps us stay connected with the local area, though the stairs can be a bit much if the lift is acting up. Dealing with consulting stuff can be a bit dry sometimes, but we just try to get the job done right for whoever comes through the door. People come by when they need advice on specific projects or just have questions about how to move forward with their plans. It's not a fancy office at all, just a place where we do our thinking, planning, and some heavy reading. Sometimes the traffic in Noida gets pretty bad during the morning rush, so we are usually here early just to avoid the worst of it. We handle different types of clients, mostly people looking for straightforward answers without a lot of fluff. It's just a small team of us here, so we tend to talk to each other across the desks without any formality. We’ve seen a lot of changes in Sector-44 over the years, with more buildings going up every single day. Our apartment office stays quiet enough to focus on the numbers, which is what you really need when you're looking at data or drafting reports. We keep some tea on hand for when neighbors or clients drop in for a chat. It isn't anything special to look at, just desks and computers. It works for us.
