Ites Horizon Pvt Ltd is located in the local DDA market at Shop No 79, Block L/U in Pitampura. Being in a DDA market means we are surrounded by all sorts of shops—tailors, grocers, and small eateries. It’s a very local feel. Our shop isn't very big. We have a counter in the front and some workstations in the back. It’s usually a bit disorganized with papers and hardware parts lying around. We don't spend much time cleaning up for show because we’re usually too busy with the work itself. Most of the people who come in are locals from the Pitampura area who need help with their IT stuff. We sit on plastic chairs and use desks that have seen better days. The market gets very busy in the evenings, so that’s when it’s hardest to focus. There’s a guy nearby who sells great samosas, so that’s usually our lunch. We don't have a corporate logo on the wall or a fancy website team. It’s just us handling the day-to-day tasks that come our way. The shutter can be a bit sticky when we open up in the morning, which is just one of those things you deal with. It’s a straightforward business in a busy neighborhood. We like being part of the local community here. We don't have any grand plans, just keeping the shop running well every day.
