Even though New Delhi is in our name, we are actually located over at Z-34 in Sector-12 of Noida. It’s a busy area and it can be a bit of a scramble to find a good spot for lunch sometimes. Our office is pretty plain. We have the usual desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of computers. Iris Infotech started out small and we’ve stayed pretty grounded. We don't have a big HR department or a team of people to write fancy documents. We just do our work. It’s a lot of sitting and solving problems on the screen. Sometimes we get stuck on a tricky bit of code or a system error and we all end up huddling around one monitor to figure it out. It’s a good team. We don't always agree on everything, and things can get a bit loud when we are debating the best way to do something, but it all works out in the end. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Noida. We just want to be reliable. We have a coffee machine that is a bit temperamental, but it’s the lifeblood of the office in the mornings. There isn't much more to tell. We are just a group of people working in a typical office, trying to do our best with what we have. It’s not glamorous, but it’s our job. We keep it simple.
