We’ve been in this Sector-22 spot for quite some time now. It’s a ground floor office, which is nice because we don't have to deal with elevators. We do technology work, so there are always computers humming in the background. It gets a bit warm in the summer, even with the AC on. The area around H 181 is mostly residential and other small offices, so it’s a decent place to spend the day. We are just a group of people trying to make a living in the tech world. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. We mostly just sit at our desks and code or fix things. Sometimes we have meetings, but they are usually pretty informal. We eat our lunch together and talk about whatever is on the news. The office isn't particularly fancy, it has some old posters on the wall and a few plants that we forget to water. We handle our own calls and manage our own schedules. It’s a very hands-on way to run a company. We like being in Noida because it is close to everything we need. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes in.
