Our office is situated at A-15, SDF, in the NSEZ area. If you have ever been inside the Noida Special Economic Zone, you know it is basically a city within a city. We spend our days at Interra Information Technology (India) Pvt. Ltd. mostly looking at screens and trying to figure out technical problems. The building itself is one of those standard industrial blocks that all look the same after a while. We have been here for a long time, so we have gotten used to the security checks at the gate and the long walk from the parking area. The office is pretty basic with rows of computers and a few small cabins for meetings that usually run longer than they should. We do not have any of those fancy game rooms or free snacks you hear about in the big tech companies. We just have a small pantry where the kettle is almost always running. People here are mostly quiet, just focusing on their work and trying to meet their deadlines. Sometimes we go out for a walk in the zone just to get some fresh air away from the air conditioning. It is a very practical place to work. We are not trying to change the world; we are just doing our jobs and making sure the software we build actually works for the people using it. It is just a regular office day for us.
