Indian Property Shoppe

Our little shop is located in Sector 18, specifically at number 510. If you have ever walked through Sector 18, you know how much activity there is at all hours. We have been here at Indian Property Shoppe for a good stretch of time now. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a couple of old desks, some plastic chairs for when people stop by to chat about real estate, and maps of the local area pinned to the walls. We do not use those fancy digital screens; we prefer showing people things on paper or just walking them over to the sites in person. Most of our day is spent talking to neighbors or taking calls from people looking for a new spot to rent. It is a local business, so we know the history of almost every building on this block. We are not trying to be some big national corporation. We just want to help people find a spot that works for them without too much of a headache. The office is usually a bit messy with flyers and blueprints, but we know where everything is. We drink way too much coffee and the fan makes a bit of a clicking sound, but it gets the job done. It is a practical, no-frills kind of place. We do not wear suits unless there is a really big meeting, which does not happen that often. We are just regular folks.
