B-140 in Sector 41 of Noida is where you will find us. Sector 41 is a bit more laid back than some of the other industrial or commercial sectors in Noida. It is mostly residential around here, so it is actually quite nice to have an office in this spot. We are IKF Technologies Ltd, and this is our base for this region. The building is a regular house that has been converted into a workspace. It has a bit of a homey feel, which is much better than being in a giant glass tower with thousands of people. We have our computers set up in different rooms. We mostly deal with technical support and development work. The internet is usually stable, which is the most important thing for us. We do not have a big sign out front, just a small one so people know they have the right place if they are visiting. During lunch, some of us walk over to the local market to get something to eat or just a bit of fresh air. It is a decent place to spend eight or nine hours a day. We keep things pretty informal here. No one wears ties or formal clothes. We just focus on the screens and the tasks we have for the day. It is a practical way to run a tech company without all the extra overhead of a fancy downtown office.
