Our office is located at C-97, Sector 20 in Noida. It’s a decent sized building where we do all our software development and support. Noida is full of tech companies, but we’ve been in this particular spot for a while. The desks are usually covered in monitors and cables because that is just the nature of the work we do. It’s mostly quiet inside because everyone is concentrated on their screens, but you’ll hear the occasional sound of a keyboard or someone talking through a coding problem with a teammate. We have a small pantry where everyone gathers for tea or coffee, and that’s usually where most of the talking happens. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that; we just write code and try to make sure the software we build actually works for the people using it. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and other days are a bit more relaxed. The area around Sector 20 is pretty standard for Noida, with other offices and some shops nearby. We’ve got a team of developers who are pretty good at what they do, and we just keep our heads down and get the tasks finished. It’s a practical workspace for people who just want to build things and solve problems without a lot of corporate fluff getting in the way. We just keep our focus on the code and the computers.
