Hrtms, Noida is based over at C-177 in Sector-22. If you know Noida, you know Sector-22 is a bit more lived-in than the newer commercial areas. Our office is basically a house that we’ve repurposed for our work. It doesn't look like a corporate headquarters. It looks like a place where people actually spend their time. We have several rooms filled with desks and those rolling office chairs that always seem to squeak. There are stacks of folders on almost every flat surface. We don’t have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. People usually just walk in and say hello. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, though you can hear the local vendors calling out on the street sometimes. It’s a very practical environment for us. We have a small kitchen area where we keep the kettle and some biscuits. The walls are mostly bare, except for a few notes we’ve taped up. We aren't trying to put on a show for anyone. We just needed a space in Noida where we could set up our systems and get to work. It’s a bit cluttered and the lighting isn't the best, but it’s our space. We’ve been here long enough that we know all the shortcuts to avoid the traffic on the main road. It’s just a simple, honest office. We do our best to keep things organized despite the mess.
